Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using NativeSpeaker you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms you are prohibited from using the service.
2. Use of the Service
NativeSpeaker is a marketplace connecting native-speaking language teachers with students. Teachers are independent contractors and not employees of NativeSpeaker. NativeSpeaker does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services advertised, the truth or accuracy of listings, or the ability of teachers to perform.
3. Account Registration
You must create an account to use certain features of the service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Teacher Profiles
Teacher profiles are subject to review and approval by NativeSpeaker. We reserve the right to reject or remove any profile that violates these Terms or our community standards, at our sole discretion.
5. Payments & Subscriptions
Premium and Featured subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. Lesson packs are subject to the cancellation policy agreed between teacher and student.
6. Privacy
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
7. Limitation of Liability
NativeSpeaker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
